Lawrenceville Police Department Hosts ‘Bridge the Gap’ Forum

The Lawrenceville Police Department will host its first-ever “Bridge the Gap” Forum, an event to establish communications with citizens, strengthen community and police relations and discuss the roles, rights, and responsibilities of both parties to assist with this important project. The Forum will begin at 7:00PM on January 19th at Lawrenceville City Hall on the fourth floor in the Council Chambers. Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend this Forum.

Jeff Dickerson, President of Dickerson Communications and renowned public affairs specialist, will moderate this inaugural Forum. With over three decades of journalism and communications expertise, Dickerson offers unprecedented experience in bridging communication gaps and leading communities forward.  The forum will also employ a four-member panel comprising two law enforcement officials and two civic members.

The Lawrenceville Police Department expects to host future Forums and continue building a dialogue to bring the community together.
